For Android, enable unknown sources in Settings → Security. For iOS, add optiktoto to your home screen. Web users can bookmark the site immediately.

The app requires approximately 85 MB of storage for the Android APK and minimal space for the iOS web app. Both platforms require an active internet connection for deposits, withdrawals, and live-casino play; offline mode is limited to viewing your account summary and recent bet history.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
Some Android users encounter a warning that "Unknown sources are not allowed." This happens because your phone's default security policy blocks APK files from sources other than the official Google Play Store. To fix this, go to Settings → Apps & Permissions → App Permission Manager → Install Unknown Apps, find your browser (or file manager), and toggle the permission on. After installation completes, you can toggle it back off. We do not ask you to install any secondary apps or system modifications—only the standard security setting mentioned above. If your phone shows "Certificate not trusted," this is usually a cached security issue; clear your browser cache and try again. For iOS users, if the app icon does not appear on your home screen after tapping "Add to Home Screen," check that you have sufficient storage and that Safari is fully updated.
Your data, permissions, and account security on optiktoto
When you install optiktoto and log in, we ask your phone for permission to send notifications—nothing more. We do not request access to your contact list, camera, microphone, or location. Your password is stored in encrypted form on your device; we never transmit it in plain text. Every deposit, withdrawal, and bet is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the same standard used by banks. When you request a password reset, we send a secure link to your registered email address; if someone tries to reset your password without your email access, the request is blocked. Your KYC documents (ID photo, proof of address) are scanned and stored in a separate, air-gapped database that we access only during account verification. Once verified, you can delete the document copies from your phone—we keep one encrypted backup, but never sell or share your identity data with third parties. If you forget your password, tap "Forgot your password" on the login screen, follow the email instructions, and create a new one within subject to verification; the link expires after that window as a security measure.
