How the optiktoto Referral Program Works
We issue you a unique referral link when you enable the Referral Program in your account settings. You share this link with friends via messaging, social media, or in person. When a friend clicks your link and registers an optiktoto account, we log the referral relationship.
Your friend then deposits via one of our six payment methods — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet Virtual Account. Once their deposit clears (typically within minutes on mobile), your referral reward activates. We don't ask your friend to place specific bets or meet complex playthrough conditions; their deposit itself triggers the reward. We believe this keeps the program simple and fair for both sides.
Tracking and Withdrawal
We display pending, available, and settled referral rewards in a dedicated section of your optiktoto account. On Android, this appears in the main menu under "Account" → "Referral Earnings". On iOS browser, it's under your account profile menu. You can view the referral link, copy it, generate a new one, and see the list of referred players and their deposit dates.
To withdraw referral earnings, you request a withdrawal from your account balance. We process referral payouts to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit, or to any of the six methods you have on file. Withdrawal confirmation and settlement take place within our standard review window — we verify the transaction, check for compliance, and then push funds to your bank or mobile wallet.
Referral Rewards and Settlement Rules
We credit your account with a referral reward for each unique friend who deposits successfully. The reward amount is fixed per referral and does not vary by the friend's deposit size or activity level. We apply the same reward value to all players, regardless of whether they sign up from Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, or any other region where optiktoto services are available.
Rewards settle into your account balance as soon as your referred friend's deposit is confirmed. This means the funds are available immediately — you can use them to play sportsbook games (football, badminton, esports like Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), try live-dealer tables, or spin slots like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, or Gates of Olympus. You can also withdraw referral earnings as cash back to your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet account at any time.

Account Verification and Compliance
Before you can activate the Referral Program or withdraw referral earnings, your optiktoto account must pass our standard KYC verification. We ask for your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and a government-issued ID. This is the same verification step all players complete when they create an account — we do it once, and it covers all account features including deposits, live-dealer access, sportsbook betting, and referral withdrawals.
Your referred friends go through the same verification process. We do not issue referral rewards until both your account and your friend's account have passed KYC and their deposit has been confirmed. This protects both of you: it ensures referred deposits are genuine, that referral rewards are legitimate, and that payouts go to verified account holders.
If you update your ID or contact information, just upload the new document in your account settings. We re-verify within one business day. If there's a discrepancy — for example, if a referred friend's name does not match their ID — we hold the referral reward in escrow while we investigate. This is rare, and we communicate next steps via the email or phone number on file.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Process
We support six deposit and withdrawal methods for referral earnings: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. We also accept withdrawals to bank accounts via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment direct transfer. Each method has standard processing times — online payment and e-wallet typically settle within minutes, mobile banking Virtual Account within one business day, and bank transfers within 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
When you request a referral withdrawal on your phone, select your preferred payment method and enter the amount. Our mobile interface confirms the details, shows any applicable fees (if any), and asks for your password to authorize the transaction. Once you submit, the withdrawal enters our review queue. We verify the account, check the referral history, and then push the funds to your chosen method.
During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, bank processing times may extend. We still process withdrawals within 24 hours on our end, but bank settlement can take longer. We send you an SMS and in-app notification with a tracking ID so you can monitor your withdrawal status in real time.

Limitations, Restrictions, and Data Privacy
We cannot issue referral rewards for accounts that do not pass KYC verification. If your referred friend's ID does not match their registration data, or if they attempt to register multiple accounts under different names, we flag the referral as ineligible. In these cases, no reward is credited.
We do not allow referral farming — creating fake accounts to refer to yourself, using bots to generate referrals, or any form of automated fraud. Our compliance team monitors referral patterns and suspends accounts that show fraudulent activity. If we detect violations, we may void pending referrals and ban the account from future referral rewards.
Your referral data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We store your referral link, referred-friend list, and earnings history on our servers using standard SSL encryption. We do not share this data with third parties — only optiktoto staff with compliance responsibilities can access referral records, and only to verify KYC and settle disputes. You can request a copy of your referral data or ask us to delete your referral history by contacting support via email or in-app chat.
We review referral earnings monthly. If a referred player disputes their account or requests a chargeback, we may reverse the associated referral reward while we investigate. We notify you by SMS and in-app message if this happens, with a case number for your records.
